*By placing a pickup/delivery request you acknowledge you have read "Before Placing a Request" page and agree to any terms and/or limitations stated.
Certain restaurants such as Chix-Fil-a may require you to press or acknowledge you have arrived at store for your order to be prepared. Please ensure you do this, once you receive notification your pickup request has been accepted. If not, we can not guarantee/ensure fulfillment of your request and your request maybe cancelled without further consideration.
BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY REQUESTS PLEASE BE SURE IT IS DURING NORMAL HOURS, CHECK AVAILIBITLY (ENTER FORUM) PAGE TO MAKE SURE WE ARE OPERATING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, IT WILL BE UPDATED IF WE ARE NOT FOR A PATICUAR DAY. (IE BAD WEATHER, POWER OUTAGES ETC...)
In the Pickup location fields please provide your restaurant order number in the phone number box your order number maybe required for us to pickup the order. Especially for McDonald orders as well as certain other restaurants.
There is a "Delivery Note" section on the request forum please provide a basics of your order placed at the restaurant, for instance Starbucks " 3 drinks, 2 food items". For a burger place "3 meal combos with drinks". A pizza place "2 lg pizzas and 2ltr of dr. pepper." Of course if delivery driver has any questions about the order they may text or call.
